We are happy to accept returns, on non personalised items, within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot process a refund.
Our personalised items are non refundable.
You ,the customer, are responsible for the cost of shipping. Any shipping costs are non refundable. Upon receipt of your item, we will issue a refund within 5 working days.
In order to accept a return the item must be unused and in it's original condition/packaging.

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
In the event that your item is faulty, please email us pictures and details of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org. Where we will assist you as quickly as possible.
